How can ACOPower Li-Cube achieve vertical stacking?
With functional side holes,structural latch design and multi-face connectors for the battery. Traditional RV batteries are typically designed with a smooth surface and rectangular shape. To help users achieve vertical stacking, our product features grooves and functional side holes to assist with securing all batteries.
What are the benefits of vertical stacking?
The main benefits of vertical stacking include saving floor space, improving space utilization, and increasing overall storage capacity and efficiency. Our ACOPower Li-Cube can help you save more than 25% space than existing Lithium batteries. Additionally, vertical stacking can improve airflow, helping with battery cooling and extending their lifespan.
How to connect the batteries?
You can use copper bars/battery cable to connect the batteries in series and parallel, and you can connect the batteries in the way you need.
What is the maximum number of batteries that can be used?
To ensure system safety and reliability, the maximum number that can be used for ACOPower Li-Cube batteries is 6. When determining the number of batteries, please consider factors such as heat dissipation, load capacity, and overall system design in different scenarios.
Can 100AH and 230AH batteries be used together?
No. Under consideration of safety and batteries' performance, we don't recommend using our batteries together with different capacities. Different capacity batteries have different compatibility issues and behave differently during charging and discharging, and mixing them could lead to instability or damage. Also, while using those batteries, the smaller capacity battery (100AH) may deplete faster, affecting overall system performance.
Is the battery installation process complicated?
Not anymore. With a 360° installation mount bracket and functional side holes, our batteries are really easy to install and minimize your time spent on installation.
After installing and securing the batteries, will having too many wires make things messy?
No more mess. Connecting with simple terminals, there won't be more tangled wires, you'll get a neat space in an RV more than ever before.
What happens if one of the batteries of the set goes bad? Do the connected batteries have to be replaced?
You'll receive a manual of our battery along with the product itself. Please install by following the guidance in the product manual, which will ensure safety and avoid the risks. Also, our installation is really easy. If one battery goes bad, you just need to replace the bad one and do not need to change others.
